Mr. Shane Attwell, B.Eng, GD Bus. - Director (Non Executive) & Founder
Mr. Attwell founded ISS in 1995, his vision was to develop an integrated suite of web-based applications that would assist Resource companies to visualise, manage and optimise their operational performance in real-time.
Mr. Attwell has over 25 years experience in process plant information systems and optimisation. Mr. Attwell has worked extensively internationally, developing process related technologies in the US, Canada, South America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
Mr. Attwell’s vision combined with his in-depth understanding of the process industry continues to be the driving force behind the company’s success.

Mr. Evan Cross, B.Bus, C.A. - Chairman (Independent and Non-Executive)
Mr. Cross is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He has held a number of senior positions in commerce and industry with particular focus on corporate finance. He has international finance experience having worked in the investment banking industry in Australia and the US. |

Mr. Ian Spence, B.Com - Director (Independent and Non-Executive)
Mr. Spence holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a qualified accountant. He currently resides in Singapore and serves as a director on a number of public and private companies in Australia and South East Asia. |

Mr. Richard Pang, B.CompSci - Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director
Mr. Richard Pang joined ISS in 2002 as a Systems Developer working on the core BabelFish product helping to develop key functionality that is still in use today. This initial work put Richard in good stead when he was seconded to the Singapore office to help with the establishment of the Asian region operations.
In 2007, Richard took over as Managing Director for ISS Asia and under his stewardship, drove sales and operations for this region to a level that now sees this as a core market for the Group.
In August 2010, Richard accepted the role of Chief Executive Officer for the Group, still based in Singapore but with a focus on driving the business globally.
Richard has a Computer Science Degree from Edith Cowan University and a background in electro mechanical services. |
